Collaborative literature or "Collablit" is exactly what it says it is. The goal is to work in a group to produce cohesive, memorable and quality prose or poetry with other authors. Collaborative fiction is no new invention, many of you might be familiar with Terry Pratchet's and Neil Gaiman's 1990 novel Good Omens, or maybe the collaborative worldbuilding of the SCP universe. Even the anons of the 4chan /lit/ board have produced two (somewhat intelligible) works of fiction over Google Docs. This project will focus on short stories and poetry, in order to not overwhelm the participants.
Of course, this kind of writing requires a great amount of compromise and humility. The goal is not to assert dominance over other authors, but rather to put the work over anything else. If the text had already become a poem about
